Return Policy Overview

  • Return Shipping: FREE. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is authorized.

Eligibility & Exceptions

  • Eligible Items: Must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)

    • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Submit Request: Email info@sandclooudshopus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Authorization: Our team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.

  3. Pack & Label: Securely pack the item in original packaging with all contents, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside.

  4. Ship: Drop off the package using our prepaid label.

    • Note: Returns sent without prior authorization or using personal shipping methods are not covered for loss in transit.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Inspection & Refund Processing: Refunds are approved and processed within 1–2 business days after inspection. Funds return to your original payment method (may take 7–10 additional business days to reflect depending on your financial institution).

  • Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not offered. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. We will provide a free return label and process a full refund or replacement immediately.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations for a full refund are accepted only before the order has been processed or shipped (usually within 1–2 business days).
